Perfect for campers who want more time on the Charles! Campers will spend a forty-five minute canoe session with NEOC’s canoe instructors: refining their paddling technique, learning new strokes, and enjoying fun canoe games. Following the canoeing session, campers join regular Extended Day for additional activities and play.

Campers registered for this service must be picked up at camp by car and cannot be picked-up before 5:20pm.

This service is not available the weeks of June 8th, June 15th, August 24th, or August 24th.

Please note, campers may not go out on the river when there is severe weather and join regular Extended Day activities instead.

Details

Parents can pick-up as late as 6:00pm, but not before 5:20pm.

All campers will receive a nut-free, individually packaged snack during Extended Day with Canoeing.

Rates

The cost of Extended Day with Canoeing is $222/week.

We are not able to pro-rate the cost of this service for registrations made after the start of the week.

Cancellation Policy

Due to when we make staffing commitments, our service cancellation policy is:

  • Before May 21st, a full refund will be issued.
  • Between May 21st and two weeks prior to the start of the service, a full credit will be issued.
  • Within two weeks of the start of the service, no refund or credit will be given.
