3 - 5 Year Olds

Ducklings

Days at NEOC are designed to support the social, emotional, and physical growth of our youngest campers, within a safe and supportive framework that encourages their comfort in exploring the natural world, an active lifestyle, and an ease in making friends.

K - 1st Grades

Chipmunks

NEOC fosters the independence, confidence, and curiosity of early elementary-aged campers, within a caring community that encourages exploration of the natural world, active play, meaningful friendships, and joyful discovery in the outdoors.

2nd - 5th Grades

Squirrels & Otters

Campers experience days that are filled with exploration, projects, multiple choice periods based on personal interests, and much, much more! The NEOC culture of inclusion and appreciation allows for friendships to blossom and for campers to mentor one another.

6th - 8th Grades

Wolves

NEOC supports the curiosity Middle School-age campers have and the independence and social connection they crave. Activities encourage them to take risks, enjoy practicing and mastering concepts and skills, and explore trust.

Basecampers

4th - 8th Grades

A camping-focused week that includes developing or advancing the joy of camping, skill challenges, and lots of fun games to learn how to plan trips. Each Thursday is a day-long encampment!

River Runners

4th - 8th Grades

A canoe-focused week that includes developing or advancing canoeing skills, individual and team challenges, and lots of fun canoe-based games. Each Thursday is a day-long adventure on the Charles River!

Leader in Training

9th - 10th Grades

Two week minimum commitment. Leadership-focused program that give campers a chance to embrace responsibility, practice service, be a role model, and enjoy the camp activities they have come to love!
