We affectionately call our K - 1st grade campers Chipmunks! NEOC fosters their independence, confidence, and curiosity, within a caring community that encourages exploration of the natural world, active play, meaningful friendships, and joyful discovery in the outdoors. The camp program includes familiar activities, such as arts & crafts, story time, and nature walks, to help them to continue to practice and master skills. New activities encourage them to develop trust, make new discoveries about themselves, and build confidence!
Our thoughtful balance of consistency and variety makes a single camp week approachable and fun, while multiple weeks feel new and exciting each week! No matter how many weeks a young camper chooses to spend at NEOC, our team is eager to help them foster a love of the great outdoors and the joy of a summer camp tradition.
For Chipmunks, our 1-to-6 staff-to-camper ratio and groups of 12 campers fosters even more friendships while still allowing for campers to connect with their counselors.

We offer a sibling discount on bus service which is $10 less per week for each sibling. Please use the pricing calculator to estimate your rate with bus savings.
